• Request for Proposals: Indigenous Cultural Competency Training: The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide Indigenous Cultural Competency Training for our staff and Board of Directors. This training is aimed at improving understanding of, respect for, and collaboration with Indigenous Peoples, Nations, and organizations. This training would have a regional focus and involve Indigenous People and Nations who are local to the Thames River watershed.
