“Our team at Museum London is proud to be hosting the Hope & Action Symposium—it speaks directly to our purpose of amplifying interconnections and to themes in our exhibitions. Collaborating with many partners, bringing people together for creative dialogue and learning on the pressing issues that face our communities—this is at the heart of our work! We can’t wait to welcome Londoners for this big weekend of activity.” – Julie Bevan, Executive Director, Museum London
“The Hope & Action Climate Change Symposium aligns perfectly with our values of inclusivity, creativity, and respect for nature, as we work to foster meaningful conversations and drive collective action on climate change. Through our current exhibitions like Baapaagimaak, which highlights Indigenous environmental resilience, and Christina Battle: Under Metallic Skies, addressing the urgent issues of global warming, we invite the community to explore how art can ignite awareness and inspire change. We’re excited to join forces with other organizations to empower our community to take action for a sustainable future!”
– Sarah Munro, Curator of Engagement and Outreach, Museum London
