A wooden sign in a grassy field. This small property is located on the south side of the South Thames River, accessible by foot from Zorra Line (County Rd 11). No parking provided. The area is primarily manicured lawn with some trees, and is used for dog walking, frisbee, fishing access and canoe launching. See the Beachville Tract (and Limestone Valley Trail) for information on the nature trail on the north side of the river, west of the Beachville CA.

One can walk a short distance to the start of the Oxford Thames River Trail (not a UTRCA property) across the street, on the east side of Zorra Line, just south of the tracks. Here there is a 4 km linear trail that runs from Beachville along the north side of the Thames River towards Woodstock. The CN rail line parallels the trail to the north. The main parking area is at 454779 on 45th Line (an extension of Queen St in Beachville) and there is signage on the other side of the culvert that goes under the railroad. The trail and habitat improvements are the product of years of work by the Oxford Trails Council, of which UTRCA is a partner.
