Visit London’s Natural Areas during ESA Open House this weekend! (media release, September 14, 2022)

Discover some of London’s natural areas this weekend, during the ESA Open Houses! The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA) is co-hosting public awareness days at three of London’s Environmentally Significant Areas (ESAs): Kilally Meadows, Medway Valley Heritage Forest, and Westminster Ponds/Pond Mills.

“Londoners are invited to come out and learn about these local natural areas, which contribute so much to our quality of life as well as our physical and mental well being. London’s ESAs are natural gems that we want people to know about and to treasure, so they can help protect them for everyone to enjoy,” said Teresa Hollingsworth, UTRCA Community and Corporate Services Manager.
