Gather your family and friends and family for day of creativity, connection and discovery at the London Forest Fest! The free to the public festival takes place on Saturday, September 26 from 10 am to 2 pm with forestry themed activities, food trucks, birds of prey shows and more.
This event is being hosted by the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority (UTRCA) and the City of London and will be held at Westminster Ponds.
This free community event at Westminster Ponds offers something for everyone:
- Join an Indigenous opening ceremony at 10:00 am led by Anishinaabe Elder Mary Lou Smoke
- Enjoy a chainsaw carving demo by Mike Wood Solutions
- Canadian Raptor Conservancy Birds of Prey Shows: 10:30 – 11:00 am and 12:00 – 12:30 pm
- Take a Tree Hike with UTRCA Forestry staff
