All meetings begin at 9:30 am. The February Annual General Meeting will be held in person at the Watershed Conservation Centre (Fanshawe Conservation Area, 1424 Clarke Road, London). All other Board meetings will be held using a hybrid model which allows for both virtual and in-person attendance. The meetings will be live streamed via YouTube, barring any technical difficulties.

Board of Directors Meetings
- UTRCA Administrative By-Law (approved September 25, 2018; updated March 22, 2022) Note: If this By-Law conflicts with any provision of the Conservation Authorities Act, the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, or the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or with a provision of a regulation made under one of those acts, the provision of those acts or regulations prevails.
- Electronic Meetings: On March 26, 2020, the Minister of the Environment, Conservation & Parks issued a Direction to all Conservation Authorities (CAs) recommending amendments to CA Administrative By-laws to allow for certain electronic processes during declared emergencies. In keeping with this direction, the UTRCA Board of Directors met virtually on April 28, 2020, and accepted changes to the UTRCA Administrative By-Law to allow for electronic meetings.
