All meetings begin at 9:30 am. The February Annual General Meeting will be held in person at the Watershed Conservation Centre (Fanshawe Conservation Area, 1424 Clarke Road, London). All other Board meetings will be held using a hybrid model which allows for both virtual and in-person attendance. The meetings will be live streamed via YouTube, barring any technical difficulties.
